Mike Loughlin: TUCSON, AZ, United States; We started in Rochester NY around 1983, learning the ropes from an old school professional painter gave Michael a foundation, and as we planned to move here to Tucson in 1993 with the name of The Best Painter's changed our name to suite our new home Tucson's Best Painter's. Raising three wonderful smart and caring kids here for 20 years has made this wonderful city our home and filled us with a purpose to provide our neighbors with the best we can give professionally and personally.
